Windows Vista Home Basic Customized into Ultimate

This is my Dell Inspiron 1501 Labtop running Windows Vista Home Basic. I modified it to look more like Ultimate by adding the moving background, and the Logon screen (Which is Black and green rather than the original Blue and green). I also got my Icons to Move every time I hoover my mouse over them. I got a Dock ontop, and a few other things.
