UAC certainly has been improved for Windows 7 as opposed to Vista. Normal users were often irked by the disruption under Vista to the point that they disabled it. In Windows 7, it can now be tuned so it doesn’t bug the user as much, or not have such a jarring effect of change (no screen dimming, etc). Hopefully users will embrace this security feature since now they have more fine control over it.
